The following are not included and may be quoted separately if needed:
Deck refinishing
Lattice/fencing coatings
Landscape trimming/pruning
Drywall or interior repairs
Rot repair beyond minor paint-prep corrections
How It Works

We perform a no-obligation exterior paint inspection
You receive a written condition report and lifespan estimate
We provide a custom monthly program price
If approved, you sign a minimum 2-year program agreement
We schedule your first exterior wash and maintenance visit
Note:
Clients who enroll before the start of the season receive their first wash early in the year
Clients without an active agreement are scheduled for their first wash between months 10–12
